October 6..... Loyalist PR takes on Toronto!! What a day!! It all began at 6:30 a.m (ugh) when everyone piled onto the bus, still half asleep, some with their Tim Horton's in hand.
First stop was Steam Whistle Brewery where we got the inside scoop about the Brewery, how it all began, the Brand that is Steam Whistle, and where they are headed.
Lunch, then off to Royal Bank of Canada for the behind the scenes story of the Olypic Torch run. It was awesome, and very moving. I think we were all feeling pretty inspired. We even had a visit from a strange random man who insisted on showing us his VERY LOUD video of his daughter and her torch story. LOL
If that weren't enough, we also got to attend the taping of the George Strombo show at CBC and meet him after for photo ops! His guest was Jeremy Hotz, who by the way, is hysterical.....
All in all, it was a great day. We got to talk to each other and hang out with people we haven't spent much time with yet. It brought us all a little closer together, and we had a blast.
